Return to Strength
Getting back into exercise can feel overwhelming - especially after time away.
Return to Strength was created for women who want a more supportive, intentional way to rebuild strength, confidence, and consistency without the pressure of jumping into traditional fitness classes.
Led by Kayla, an Active Therapy Specialist and Holistic Health Coach, this 6-week small-group program focuses on safe, science-backed progression, helping women reconnect with movement in a way that feels approachable, sustainable, and supportive.
