How It Works

Personal training starts with an initial consultation where we get to understand your goals, previous injuries, training history and what has stopped you from achieving your goals in the past.

We then put together a plan for you that will best reach your goals. Typically this requires at least 3 months of training at 2 or 3x per week. Progress is tracked monthly with our InBody body composition machine to track body fat and muscle changes.

  • The reality is that everyone needs a personal trainer/coach. Even personal trainers need personal trainers to elevate their education, experience different perspectives/approaches of training, provide a focused training environment and help push them to their limits safely. If you have some old injuries then we will need to spend some time to help you recover from these issues, without pushing you too hard. In addition, it generally takes 4 months to build a lasting habit and so in most cases we recommend training for at least this time.
