At The Body Engineers, we don't believe in burning you out, programming for entertainment, or training you the same way in month two as month one. We believe in precision: knowing why every exercise is in the program, what it's targeting, and exactly how to progress it.

Most gyms train you in one plane of motion: forward and back, heavier and harder. But your body is built to move in three dimensions. By training across the sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes, we deliver the balanced movement your joints need and your muscles crave. It's the difference between looking strong and being strong and between training hard now and being able to train hard at 50.

Our programming is built around you staying healthy, moving well, and making progress you can actually see. No choreography. No gimmicks. Just intelligent, targeted training, delivered by coaches who know the difference.

  • Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT)

    MAT identifies and corrects the muscle inhibitions that cause pain, restrict movement, and stall progress. It's not massage. It's not physio. It's a precise, systematic approach to restoring full muscular function, so your body can perform the way it's designed to.

    If something isn't working right, this is where you start.

    $125–$200 per session

  • Personal Training

    One coach. One client. Complete focus.

    Personal training at The Body Engineers means a program built entirely around you, your movement history, your goals, and how your body actually responds. Every session is purposeful, every progression is earned, and nothing is left to chance.

    This is the fastest path to results.

    $95–$105 per session

  • Group Classes

    Our classes are capped at 10 deliberately. That means a coach who can actually see you, programming that evolves month to month, and a training environment that challenges you without breaking you.

    We train all three planes of motion. We build strength, protect joints, and make every session count.

    $139–$349 per month
