At the Body Engineers we offer customized meal plans for clients looking for specific guidance and counselling around their eating habits. Our holistic nutritionists, will take time to understand your current eating habits, identify your triggers and develop a plan to overcome these obstacles. They will provide a detailed plan to follow with recipes and keep you accountable in following the plan until you reach your goals.

How it works:
After signing up you will be asked to fill out our detailed intake form and provide a food log over at least 4 typical days of the week. In this food log you will need to include details such as the triggers and circumstances around eating certain foods.
Our coach will assess your intake form and food log and then write a provisional customized meal plan designed to reach your goals.
This will include a grocery list, recipes and local restaurant options of your choice.
Once this is complete, an initial 45-minute consultation is booked in to go over the meal plan, explaining the importance of each section and make any adjustments as necessary.
Macros, portion sizes and how to read food labels will also be discussed.
After 6-weeks a second 30-minute meeting with the coach is booked in to assess the success of the meal plan with an InBody measurement and make any adjustments as needed.
After 12-weeks a final InBody measurement is completed to assess the success of the program and discuss next steps.

You don’t have to come into the studio to participate in nutrition coaching. The process can be done entirely online. However, if you are interested in getting your body composition measured during the process, then studio visits are required.
