Our running group is volunteer-led by dedicated Body Engineers members who are passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment. It’s a space where connection and encouragement come first.

We meet at The Body Engineers every Wednesday at 6:00pm and Sunday at 8:30am. Just sign up, show up, lace up, and run with us.

Simple & Accessible

You don’t need to be a Body Engineers member to join. The club is free and open to all ages and abilities - from complete beginners to experienced runners. Everyone is welcome.

Open to Everyone

Each session is a relaxed 5K designed to be inclusive and supportive. We share the route before heading out, and our group ensures that all paces are accommodated so everyone feels comfortable and confident.

What is the BE Running Group?

The Body Engineers Running Group is a free, volunteer-led community run designed to bring people together through movement. Whether you’re new to running or simply looking for a supportive group to stay consistent, our club offers a relaxed and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Led by dedicated members of the BE community, each run emphasizes connection, encouragement, and enjoyment. With group sizes typically ranging from 2 to 10 runners, participants benefit from a friendly and personal experience.

Runners are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to review the route, use the washroom, and store personal belongings before heading out together.
