We meet at The Body Engineers every Wednesday at 6:00pm and Sunday at 8:30am. Just sign up, show up, lace up, and run with us.

Simple & Accessible

You don’t need to be a Body Engineers member to join. The club is free and open to all ages and abilities - from complete beginners to experienced runners. Everyone is welcome.

What is the BE Running Group?

The Body Engineers Running Group is a free, volunteer-led community run designed to bring people together through movement. Whether you’re new to running or simply looking for a supportive group to stay consistent, our club offers a relaxed and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Led by dedicated members of the BE community, each run emphasizes connection, encouragement, and enjoyment. With group sizes typically ranging from 2 to 10 runners, participants benefit from a friendly and personal experience.

Runners are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to review the route, use the washroom, and store personal belongings before heading out together.

    Then simply arrive at The Body Engineers a few minutes before the scheduled start time, and you’ll be ready to join the run.

    After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email from the BE Running Group leaders with all the key details for your first run. Inside that email, you’ll also have the option to join our WhatsApp group, where we share route updates and any last-minute changes.

  • Wear comfortable running clothes and supportive shoes. Feel free to bring a water bottle, and take advantage of the washroom and storage space at The Body Engineers. Just show up ready to move!

    Seasonal Tip:
    Dress in layers during cooler months and consider reflective gear or a light for evening runs.
