Rui is a dedicated Strength & Conditioning Coach who believes that high-level results are best achieved through a blend of scientific expertise and practical, real-world experience. With a Masters of Fitness Science and a background in Kinesiology, Rui is committed to helping people of all fitness levels become stronger, faster, more resilient and ultimately, a better version of themselves.

Rui understands that every individual has unique needs, which is why he focuses on evidence-based training tailored to the person standing in front of him. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, he takes a holistic approach, combining personalized exercise programming with lifestyle interventions to help clients reach their goals safely and efficiently.

He begins with thorough movement and physiological assessments to ensure every program is built on a solid foundation. Utilizing data-driven monitoring to track progress, he ensures clients are consistently moving toward their performance and body composition targets. His coaching style focuses on long-term health, incorporating nutritional protocols and recovery strategies to support sustainable results.
