Who This Is For

This program is designed for women who feel like they’re ready to come back, but not sure how to start.

  • You feel disconnected from your strength and want to rebuild confidence in how your body moves

  • You’ve been meaning to “get back into it” but haven’t found the right environment or structure

  • You want guidance (not guesswork) when it comes to rebuilding your routine

This isn’t about jumping back to where you were.

It’s about meeting yourself where you are now…and building forward from there.

What You’ll Experience

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll experience:

Guided Strength Training
Progressive, thoughtfully structured workouts designed to help you rebuild strength safely and confidently - without feeling overwhelmed or pushed too far, too fast.

Core & Breath Reconnection
Learn how to properly engage your core and reconnect with your breath - creating a stronger, more stable foundation for everything you do, both in and out of the gym.

Mobility & Recovery Work
Targeted mobility and recovery techniques to reduce stiffness, improve how your body moves, and support long-term progress.

Weekly Habit Focus
Simple, realistic habits introduced each week to help you build consistency outside the gym - so your progress continues beyond your sessions.

Coaching & Accountability
Ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement in a small group setting- so you’re not figuring things out alone.

Meet Your Coach: Kayla

Kayla created Return to Strength from a place of both professional expertise and personal passion.

As an Active Therapy Specialist and Holistic Health Coach, she has spent years working with individuals navigating movement, recovery, and rebuilding their relationship with their bodies.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that:

Strength isn’t just physical, it’s something you rebuild with care, patience, and the right support.

Kayla has worked extensively in health promotion, exercise prescription, and postnatal rehabilitation, helping people safely return to movement after injury, life transitions, or time away.

What sets her apart is her ability to blend:

  • Science-based training

  • Thoughtful progression

  • And a deeply supportive, human approach

Her goal is not just to help you “get back into it,” but to help you feel:

  • More connected to your body

  • More confident in how you move

  • And more supported in the process

Program Structure

This is a structured, small-group program designed to support consistency, progression, and real change over time.

  • 6-week program

  • 2 sessions per week (12 total sessions)

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 12:00 PM

  • 60-minute sessions

  • Small group (4–10 participants)

Each session builds on the last, allowing you to progress safely and confidently over time.

This program is intentionally kept small so Kayla can support each participant closely and create a comfortable, supportive environment.


This program is designed to be consistent, supportive, and easy to follow from start to finish.

  • The group moves through the 6 weeks together, creating a shared sense of progress and accountability

  • All sessions are scheduled in advance to help you stay consistent

  • If you need to miss a session, we’ll help guide you on how to stay on track

  • Babies and strollers are welcome
