Toronto Personal Trainer David Speciale

David has been a Strength & Conditioning coach since 2013 when he started an internship with the University of Windsor Volleyball team while in the fourth year of completing his Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics. From there, he started other internships and placements in 2014, and started full time coaching the following year. He has been honoured to work with a number of professional, national, and collegiate athletes, as well as amateur athletes, some as young as 9 years old.

He believes that we are all athletes at heart that should be able to live and move pain free, while enjoying time in the gym to see results. He believes that developing knowledge about your body and how you move is the best way to start long-lasting and rewarding habits.

To stay active, he enjoys strength training, playing hockey (as he has done since childhood), or going on long adventurous walks with his wife and dog in the neighbourhood, around the city, and beyond.
