Her passion for helping others move freely and confidently started early, sparked by her love for sports and curiosity about how the human body works.

With a background in kinesiology and real-world experience in physiotherapy clinics, Amalia knows what it takes to help people go from feeling stuck in pain or frustration to unlocking their true potential. She’s not here for quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. She’s here to coach with purpose - helping you train smarter, prevent injuries, and build lasting strength that carries over into your everyday life.

It’s simple: train for life. Every session with Amalia is focused on efficiency, quality, and long-term results. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into fitness, or ready to push yourself further, she meets you where you’re at and helps you go further than you thought possible.

Amalia works with a wide range of clients, from beginners who’ve never stepped foot in a gym, to those managing pain or injuries, to seasoned lifters looking for that next level. She’s about progress, not perfection. The small wins. The big breakthroughs. The confidence that builds when you realize your body can do more than you ever gave it credit for.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology (Expected Completion May 2026)

  • Fitness and Health Promotion Diploma (Humber College Sept. 2022 to April 2024)

  • OFC Certified Personal Trainer (Ontario Fitness Council, April 2024)

General Availability:

  • Monday evening

  • Wednesday afternoon/evening

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday all day
