  • You can use the Body Engineers booking app (link at the bottom of the page) and follow the instructions on this video: https://youtu.be/PJWk2NpY3Y4

  • If you are sick or travelling, you can put your membership on hold by emailing us to admin@thebodyengineers.com. Please give us 5 business days notice for any hold requests.

  • No you can use our booking page here to book classes using the same email and password that you created.

    • Log in to your account via this link: https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/thebodyengineers

    • Your username is your email and then enter your password if you have created one already. If you don't have a password, use the "forgot your password" link. 

    • Once logged in, click on "My profile" in the top left and then "Billing" and then "add card".

    • If you have an outstanding balance, you can also add a new card by selecting “make payment” and enter your new card info that way.

    • You can also do these steps on our booking app for apple and for android

  • Generally, it is best to contact us if you are unsure how many sessions you have left by emailing us to admin@thebodyengineers.com.

    You can see how many sessions you have left in your current block of sessions by logging into your account via this link. Your username will be your email and if you are unsure of your password, please use the password reset function.

    Once logged in click on “My Profile” and then “Passes and Memberships”. Here you should be able to view the number of sessions remaining in your current block. You can also view how many “Past visits” you have had in previous blocks. You must have completed the minimum number of sessions agreed upon, when signing up, before cancelling your membership.
