BE Optimized Challenge 2025

How it works

  • Duration: approx. 6-weeks to kick start your fitness

  • Begins: Tuesday 14th of October 2025

  • Ends: Friday 28th of November 2025

  • Must attend at least 12 personal training sessions or classes in the time period

  • You choose your challenge!

    • Choose either strength, muscle mass or body fat percentage

  • Prize money for best personal TRANSFORMATION

  • Prize money scaled to the number of participants who complete the challenge ($150-$500 per prize)

  • Open to NEW and CURRENT members (both group class and personal training members)

  • Please invite your friends to join (and you will earn referral points!)

  • Before and end In-Body measurements

  • Custom nutrition guidelines

  • Custom tracking sheet for additional accountability

How to Sign Up

  1. Book your starting measurement appointment/consultation time HERE

  2. Book your end of challenge measurement appointment time HERE

  3. If you need to change your appointment times we will be as accommodating as possible.

  4. Book or sign up for 12 personal training sessions or classes between 14th of October and the 28th of November 2025 (inclusive)

  5. Make sure you attend all 12 workouts and track your progress!

  6. The winner will be announced the week of 1st of December 2025

Not Currently a Member of BE?

  • Sign up with personal training and/or group classes:

    Schedule a call HERE to discuss, and sign up for, the different personal training and group class options.

  • Sign up for unlimited classes between Tuesday October 14th and Friday November 28th for $349

FAQs:

  • No, due to staff, room and In-Body machine availability an appointment must be made.

  • No, unfortunately not since exercise can skew the in-body measurements. If you need to get your measurements done before a class, contact us.

  • Unfortunately not, you have to sign up for either personal training or group classes.

  • Yes, we will provide general nutrition guidance. We can also provide macro nutrient recommendations. For best results we would recommend tracking your nutrition using MyFitnessPal or something similar.

  • Absolutely, the more the merrier! If your friend signs up for the challenge with group classes or personal training, you will receive $100 in BE credits.

  • Contact us here to set up a free consultation where we can discuss the various different options and times.

  • Yes you can, however, ClassPass bookings only count as half a visit. So in order to achieve the 12 workouts in 6-weeks requirement, you would have to attend 12 ClassPass visits and an additional 6 classes or personal training sessions through BE.
